RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Do you allow refunds or returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

If an item arrived damaged?
Customers must provide photos of any issues. We will review any issue which is submitted within 14 days of delivery. If we have an identical item in inventory, we'll send a new one. Otherwise, a refund will be issued. You can contact us at brittanysueschmidt@gmail.com.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?
Orders begin processing immediately after the order has been submitted. We are unable to cancel, change or modify orders once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order. Please contact brittanysueschmidt@gmail.com for any questions. 

I have not received my order confirmation, did my order go through?
No worries, if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase; please contact brittanysueschmidt@gmail.com. We are happy to resend your confirmation. 

DELIVERY

When will my package be delivered?
Items typically arrive within 2-3 business days. These times may be extended during holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS first class.
